Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Take шплинты and turn away a nut of fastening of pins of spherical hinges of tips of steering bent for to rotary fists. A stripper 09568–31000 squeeze out pins of spherical hinges of tips of steering draughts from rotary fists.
2. Turn out a bolt connecting the universal hinge and a shaft of a gear wheel of steering transfer.
3. Merge a liquid from a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering.
	4. Disconnect pressure head and returnable hoses from картера steering transfer.
5. Turn out fastening bolts картера steering transfer.
6. Remove a back support of the engine.
7. Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
	8. Move steering transfer and get it on the right side of the car.
The prevention At removal of steering transfer be careful not to damage protective covers.

Check and preliminary adjustment before installation

Fix steering transfer to a vice which sponges are closed by a soft material.

The prevention

At fastening of steering transfer in a vice wrap up steering transfer by a fabric and be careful not to damage it at compression of a vice.

Preliminary loading of a gear wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Measure preliminary loading, turning a gear wheel by the special tool 09565–11100 on one turn everyone 4–6 with. Also measure starting effort gear рейки. Full preliminary loading of a gear wheel: 0,6–1,3 Н•м.
The prevention Measure preliminary loading on a full speed of a gear wheel of steering transfer.
2. If preliminary loading mismatches demanded values, first of all, adjust the moment of an inhaling of a stopper and repeatedly check up preliminary loading of a gear wheel.
	3. If adjustment of the moment of an inhaling of a stopper does not give positive results, check up or replace stopper elements.

Resistance to a deviation of steering draught

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make 10 deviations of steering draught.
2. By a dynamometer measure effort which is necessary for putting for a deviation of steering draught. Effort of a deviation of steering draught: 2–5 Н
3. If the measured value exceeds rating value, replace knot of steering draught.
	The prevention If the measured value below rating value and steering draught turns smoothly and without люфта, she can be established on the car. However, if the measured value more low 4,3 Н, replace steering draught.

Check of the goffered protective cover

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Visually check up the goffered protective cover on absence of damages and deterioration of its properties.

2. Be convinced, that the protective cover is established in correct position.

3. If the goffered protective cover has defects, replace it.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Remove a tip of steering draught from steering draught.
	2. A screw-driver edge remove a protective cover of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draught.
	3. Remove a collar of fastening of the goffered protective cover.
	4. Remove a clip of fastening of the goffered protective cover.
5. Move the goffered protective cover to steering draught.
The prevention At replacement of the goffered protective cover check up absence of a rust on steering transfer.
6. Remove directing pipe from картера gear wheels.
7. At slow moving gear рейки merge a liquid from картера steering transfer.
8. Turn out a stopper.
	9. With a gear wheel turned clockwise before blocking gear рейки, turn on самоконтрящуюся a nut.
	10. A chisel unbend the lock washer located between steering draught and gear рейкой.
11. Turn away steering draught from gear рейки.
	The prevention At removal of steering draught be careful not to turn gear рейку.
	12. Turn out a counternut of fastening of a stopper.
	13. The special tool 09565–21100 turn out a stopper.
	14. Remove a spring, an emphasis and the plug with картера steering transfer.
	15. Turn out two bolts and remove the valve case.
	16. A screw-driver edge turn a stopper gear рейки clockwise while the end of a lock ring does not leave a groove in картере steering transfer.
	17. When the end of a lock ring leaves an aperture of the case of the cylinder gear рейки, a screw-driver edge turn a stopper of steering transfer counter-clockwise and remove a lock ring.
	18. Remove a stopper gear рейки, the plug and gear рейку from картера steering transfer, moving them towards a gear wheel.
The prevention After removal of steering transfer be convinced, that have replaced a lateral sealing ring картера.
	19. Remove a sealing ring of round section from the plug gear рейки.
	20. Remove a sealing ring from the plug gear рейки.
	21. A plastic hammer remove the case of the valve from its case.
	22. The special tool 09565–21000 remove oil consolidation and the ball bearing from the valve case.
	23. Remove the ball bearing from картера gear wheels.
The prevention Be careful not to damage the valve cylinder in картере steering transfer.
	24. Remove the needle bearing from картера steering transfer.
	25. Special tools 09573–21200, 09555–21000 remove a return washer and oil consolidation from картера steering transfer.
The prevention Be careful not to damage the cylinder gear рейки in the gear wheel case.

Check gear рейки

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up gear рейку on absence of damages of teeths or their deterioration.
2. Check up surfaces of contact of oil consolidation on absence of damages.
3. Check up gear рейку on absence of a deflection or twisting.
4. Check up a sealing ring of round section on absence of damages or deterioration.
	5. Check up oil consolidation on absence of damages or deterioration.

Check of the valve of a gear wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up the gear wheel valve on absence of damages of teeths or their deterioration.
2. Check up surfaces of contact of oil consolidation on absence of damages.
3. Check up a sealing ring on absence of damages or deterioration.
	4. Check up oil consolidation on absence of damages or deterioration.

Bearing check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up the bearing on absence of jamming or extraneous noise at its rotation.

2. Check up the bearing on absence excessive люфта.
