1 – a bolt, 8–10 Н•м;
2 – a generator arm;
3 – the water pump;

4 – a lining;
5 – a bolt, 12–15 Н•м.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery. Merge cooling liquid in the suitable container and disconnect a hose from the union of an exit of a cooling liquid from the water pump.

2. Remove поликлиновой a belt and a pulley of the water pump.

3. Remove casings of a gear belt and a roller of a tension of a gear belt.

4. Turn out bolts of fastening of the water pump, then remove a generator support.

5. Remove the water pump from the block of cylinders.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up each detail on absence of cracks, damages or deterioration and if necessary replace the pump in gathering.
2. Turn a shaft of the water pump and check up smoothness of rotation in the absence of noise.
	3. Check up absence of leaks of a cooling liquid from the pump. If there is a leak from an aperture And, pump consolidation is faulty. If necessary, replace the water pump.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear of the rests of a lining and an alien material a surface of consolidation of the water pump.
2. Establish on the water pump a new lining, establish the pump and fix its bolts. The inhaling moment: 12–15 Н•м
3. Establish a roller of a tension of a gear belt and adjust a belt tension.
4. Establish casings of a gear belt.
5. Establish a pulley of the water pump and поликлиновой a belt, then adjust a belt tension.
6. Fill in in cooling system necessary quantity of a demanded cooling liquid.
	7. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery. Start up the engine and check up absence of leaks from cooling system.
