| 1. Remove the carburettor. |
| 2. Fix the carburettor in a vice which sponges are closed by a soft material, access to the screw of adjustment of a fuel mix (MAS) should be thus open. |
| 3. Drill an aperture in diameter of 2 mm in the central aperture for the screw of adjustment of a fuel mix (MAS), then рассверлите an aperture a drill in diameter of 3 mm. |
| 4. Insert into the drilled aperture выколотку and beat out a stopper. |
| 5. Establish the carburettor on the engine. |
| 6. Start up the engine and warm up it to temperature of a cooling liquid 80–95°C. |
Adjustment conditions
Headlights, the electric fan of a radiator and all electric consumers should be switched off, and the transmission should be established in neutral position. |
| 7. Make a trip on the car during 5 mines for the speed of 48 km/hour or no more than on 5 with increase frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft to 2000–3000мин–1. |
| 8. Then allow to the engine to work idling within 2 minutes |
| 9. Adjust the maintenance WITH and frequency of rotation of idling, rotating the screw of adjustment of frequency of rotation of idling (SAS-1) and the screw of adjustment of quality of a fuel mix (MAS). The maintenance WITH on frequency of idling: 2,0ą 0,25 %

| 10. Establish a stopper closing access to the screw of adjustment of quality of a fuel mix. |
