The piston and rod

1 – a bolt, 32–35 Н•м;

Removal

The prevention Hold covers of rods with corresponding rods for their correct repeated installation in engine cylinders.
1. Turn away a nut and remove a cover of a rod and the bottom loose leaf шатунного the bearing. For protection of necks of a cranked shaft dress on bolts of fastening of covers of rods pieces of a rubber or plastic tube.
2. Wooden бруском or the hammer handle push out the piston with a rod from the cylinder.
	3. For dismantling and repeated assemblage of the piston and a rod it is necessary to use special tools 09234–33001.
4. Establish universal support in a clip between a rod and the piston.
5. Insert a stripper through an aperture in a clip arch.
The prevention Insert a clip with the piston, a rod and a stripper under ползун the press.
	6. A stripper squeeze out a piston finger from the piston.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. At installation be convinced, that the rod and a rod cover correspond to cylinder number in which they are established. At installation of a new rod make sure, that the labels defining its position, are from the same party, as a label on other rods.
2. Replace a rod if there are damages on both basic surfaces. Also replace a rod if there is a deterioration or damage of the surface interfaced to a piston finger.
	3. Check up a bend of each rod. If necessary, replace rods. Rod replacement spend together with a rod cover. Admissible bend of a rod: 0,05 mm / of length of 100 mm Admissible twisting of a rod: 0,1 mm / of length of 100 mm

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish directing pins through the piston in a rod, and a piston finger establish on the other hand the piston.
The prevention Directing pins define position of a rod in the piston. After installation of the piston, a rod, a piston finger and the adaptation for installation of a piston finger in inserts directing pins also define their position in a clip.
	2. Directing pins define position of a rod in the piston. After installation of the piston, a rod, a piston finger and the adaptation for installation of a piston finger in inserts directing pins also define their position in a clip.
3. Check up correctness of a relative positioning of the piston and a rod and, rotating a nut with накаткой, fix the numbered plug on a shaft.
4. Insert a shaft through an aperture in a clip arch. Press a piston finger into a rod while the plug on a shaft will not contact with the top part of an arch of the clip, thus directing pin should drop out of the piston.
The prevention The effort запрессовки should not exceed a piston finger 22500 Н.
	Depth запрессовки: 0,3–0,5 mm
5. Be convinced, that piston and rod labels are directed to the forward party of the engine.
6. After installation of covers of rods check up, that cylinder number on a rod and a cover corresponds to cylinder number.
7. At installation of a new rod check up, that dredging for support of loose leaves settled down on the same party, as on other rods.
	8. Tighten накидные nuts of fastening of a cover of a rod. The inhaling moment: 32–35 Н•м
	9. Щупом, inserted between a rod and cranked shaft, measure a lateral backlash of a rod. Nominal lateral backlash of a rod: 0,10–0,25 mm Maximum permissible backlash: 0,40 mm
