Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a fastening tape пополнительного a tank, a tank and a cover.

2. Remove a lock ring of the piston.

3. Take a pusher and the piston.

Do not damage a pusher and a surface of the main cylinder of the coupling, contacting to the piston.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.
2. Check up an internal part of the case of the cylinder on absence of a rust, dot corrosion or development.
3. Check up a piston cuff on absence of deterioration.
4. Check up the piston on absence of a rust, dot corrosion or development.
5. Check up a tube of a hydraulic drive of coupling on absence of damages.
6. Measure internal diameter of the main cylinder of coupling.
The prevention Measurement of internal diameter of the main cylinder of coupling spend in three sections (in the basis, the centre and top) in two perpendicular directions.
	7. If the backlash between the piston and the cylinder exceeds admissible value, replace the main cylinder and / or the piston in gathering. Backlash: 0,15 mm

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before assemblage grease with a liquid for coupling the piston and diameter расточки the cylinder. Liquid: brake liquid DOT 3
2. Establish the piston in gathering.
3. Establish a lock ring of the piston.
	4. Establish a pusher.
	5. Establish a fastening tape пополнительного a tank, a tank and a cover.
