8.4. A coupling pedal

1 – a bolt, 8–10 Н•м;
2 – the switch of blocking of the lock of ignition;
3 – a returnable spring;
4 – an arm of a pedal of coupling;

5 – a nut, 19–28 Н•м;
6 – the plug;
7 – a coupling pedal;
8 – an overlay of a pedal of coupling.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove шплинт, a washer and a pin with a head and an aperture under шплинт.
	2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a pedal of coupling.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up the lever of a pedal and the plug on absence of deterioration.
2. Check up a coupling pedal on absence of a bend and deformation.
3. Check up a returnable spring on absence of damages and elasticity loss.
4. Check up a pillow of a pedal of coupling on absence of damages and deterioration.
	5. Check up conductivity between contacts of the switch of blocking of the lock of ignition.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish details in sequence, return to removal.
	2. Before installation grease the plug, a pin, a washer and a pin with a head and an aperture under шплинт.
3. Establish a pusher on a coupling pedal.
	4. Adjust length of a pusher.
