Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a hydraulic tube of coupling.

2. Turn out bolts of fastening of the working cylinder of coupling.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.

2. Check up the working cylinder of coupling and covers on absence of damages.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the receiver, a valve plate, a spring, a pusher and a cover.
2. Remove a dirt from an open aperture for connection of a hydraulic tube.
3. Remove the piston and a sealing ring (cuff), submitting compressed air through an aperture for connection of a hydraulic tube.
	The prevention Close an aperture of the working cylinder pure rags to catch the piston pushed out by compressed air.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check up the working cylinder of coupling on absence of damages.
2. Check up covers on absence of damages.
3. Measure internal diameter of the main cylinder of coupling. If the backlash between the piston and the cylinder exceeds admissible value, replace the main cylinder and / or the piston in gathering. Backlash: 0,15 mm
	The prevention Measurement of internal diameter of the main cylinder of coupling spend in three sections (in the basis, the centre and top) in two perpendicular directions.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before assemblage grease with a liquid for coupling the piston and diameter расточки the cylinder and establish the piston in gathering. Liquid: brake liquid DOT 3
	2. Establish a valve plate, a pusher and a cover.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Before installation grease the plug, a pin, a washer and a pin with a head and an aperture under шплинт. Greasing: MOLYWHITE TA №2
	2. Establish the cylinder of deenergizing of coupling and connect to it a hydraulic tube.
