| 1. On the car with a mechanical transmission establish the gear change lever in position "N" ("Neutral transfer") and squeeze out a coupling pedal. On the car with an automatic transmission establish the selector lever in position "Р" ("Parking"). |
The prevention Be convinced, that you have completely squeezed out a coupling pedal before start of the engine with a mechanical transmission. Otherwise there is a danger of that if at the moment of start of the engine the car will jump forward or back, it can entail damages or травмирование the persons who are during this moment outside of the car.

| 2. Turn the ignition key in position "START" ("Starter"). Release a key when the engine will be started. If the engine was not started from the first attempt, do not hold a starter included more than 15 with. Wait some seconds before the following attempt. | | Start-up of the cold engine

The prevention Do not start the engine by the included transfer.
Do not leave the car without supervision in engine warming up. If the car is in garage, be convinced, that garage doors are opened. It is dangerous to leave the car with working engine, even when garage doors are opened. Do not suppose engine work in garage longer, than it is necessary for start of the engine and departure of the car from garage.

The prevention If the engine does not manage to be started because of too heat of air, at проворачивании the engine a starter press an accelerator pedal against the stop.
Turn the ignition key in position "START" ("Starter") and when the engine will be started, release the ignition key and an accelerator pedal.Reenrichment топливновоздушной mixes ("Заливание candles")
Press against the stop and keep pressed an accelerator pedal while the engine will not be started. "Do not swing" (repeatedly press) an accelerator pedal.

The prevention In case of need long warming up of the engine, be convinced, that about an exhaust pipe there is no dry paper or other easily flammable subjects.
If the engine has decayed
If the engine has decayed after start, repeat specified above operation, taking into consideration weather conditions and an engine condition. |
