| 1. Establish manometres on a highway. |
| 2. Check up a tension of a belt of a drive of the compressor. |
| 3. Start the engine, leave to work on frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of 1500 mines-1. |
4. Check up the compressor on presence of following defects:
– The low indication of a manometre, however, not below demanded, and the high indication of a manometre, however, not above the demanded;
– A metal sound;
– Leaks from shaft consolidation.
In the presence of any defect it is necessary to repair the compressor. |
5. Check up electromagnetic муфту:
– Lift the car;
– Examine press a disk and a rotor on presence on them greasings;
– Check up the coupling bearing on presence of noise and lubricant leak;
– By an ohmmeter measure resistance of the coil.
If resistance differs from demanded, replace the coil:
– An additional wire submit pressure from the positive plug of the storage battery on contact of a socket of the coil, thus electromagnetic муфта it should be excited.
If electromagnetic муфта it is not raised, replace the coil. Resistance of the coil: 3,11±0,08 the Ohm at 12,8 In and 20°C
