15.4. Connection of elements of a central air of air

 Before installation check up a new sealing ring on absence of damages and oil it for greasing of the compressor of the conditioner. Tighten bolts and nuts the demanded moment.

Internal elements of system of cooling are in a condition of chemical stability until the reagent and oil for greasing are used pure, without a moisture. The insignificant quantity of a dirt, a moisture and damp oil can break chemical stability of system and working capacity or to put out of action air central air.

Safety measures
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before separation of elements of a central air of air it is necessary to prepare tools and adaptations for system service so that to leave separated system elements on as smaller time is possible.
2. At separation of components of a central air of air immediately close connections by corresponding covers for an exception of hit of a moisture in system.
3. All spare elements and tubes of a central air of air should be stored in tight packing.
4. Repeatedly do not bend earlier formed tubes.
5. All tools, a coolant distributing a collector, measuring devices and tubes should be stored in a dry and pure place.
